Job summary

The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) in Wellington is seeking three Advisors to help process applications under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 and other resource management legislation. Based in our Wellington office, we welcome flexible arrangements but this role is not designed for full-time remote work.

Applicants should have a tertiary qualification and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification and strong written and oral communication.
• GIS experience is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process applications under legislation in a timely, compliant manner.
• Support Application Leads with processing and document preparation.
• Basic GIS mapping to support required documents.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and website communications.
• Procurement for services and contract management.
