Job summary

Waterlea Lifecare in Blenheim, Marlborough, invites a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in a permanent full-time role (32 hours or more per week) with a 4 on/2 off roster and AM/PM/Nights and Weekend shifts.

You will lead and support a team of Caregivers, develop and monitor care plans, carry out clinical assessments, build relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers to maintain high standards of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Hold a current APC.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others.
• A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
