Job summary

Puriri Court Lifecare in Whangārei is seeking a Registered Nurse committed to delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to our residents. You will lead care with kindness, collaborate with families and GPs, and help maintain a welcoming, whānau‑oriented environment.

You will develop and monitor care plans, carry out clinical assessments, and support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers. A current APC and NZRN registration are required, with experience in NZ or abroad.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad.
• Hold a current APC.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others.
• A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.

About Our Role:

• Puriri Court Lifecare, located in the subtropical city of Whangarei
• Permanent Full-time (32 hours or more per week)
• AM, PM, Night and Weekend shifts

As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to:
