Job summary

Arvida is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead and support a care team in our Auckland-area communities. You will supervise staff, ensure clinical instructions are followed, and document care accurately while maintaining resident well-being and safety.

You will communicate with residents and families, contribute to quality initiatives, and help drive continuous improvement across care services in our senior living communities.

You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
