Arvida Group in Wellington seeks a Registered Nurse to lead clinical excellence within our care communities. You will supervise team members, ensure nursing instructions are followed and care is well documented, while delivering proactive, resident-centred service.

You will be responsible for leading, supervising, and guiding other members of the team, and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered, documented, and monitored. Each day you will be providing a proactive and person-centric service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
This is a full time position working 39.75 hours a week Saturday to Wednesday. Four AM shifts and one PM shift per week
