Birthright Hawke's Bay in Napier is seeking a qualified and registered early childhood teacher to join our close-knit team. You will help provide high-quality early childhood education that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

You will contribute to a learning environment where children feel safe, empowered, and celebrated for who they are, while building strong relationships with tamariki and whānau and staying aligned with Te Whāriki and MOE/ERO expectations.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised ECE qualification and current or provisional teaching registration.
• Builds strong, respectful relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues.
• Values a whānau-centred approach to learning and development.
• Has knowledge of Te Whāriki and MOE/ERO requirements.
• Brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a collaborative spirit to your work.
