Job summary

Gems Kōwhai in Queenstown, NZ, is seeking an exceptional teacher for our three purpose-built early learning centres. You will lead learning for children aged 0–3, guided by Pikler and Reggio within Te Whāriki.

We value a professional leader with NZ teacher registration, a growth mindset, and at least 3 years’ experience with infants and toddlers. Coaching and mentoring are part of the role, and full pay parity for registered teachers is supported.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered NZ teacher.
• At least 3 years’ experience teaching infants and toddlers in New Zealand.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a childcare team to deliver high-quality early learning.
