Job summary

Aon Auckland is seeking a Corporate Regional Performance Specialist for a 9‑month fixed‑term contract to drive performance, governance and continuous improvement. You will provide regional insights and coordinate initiatives with the Corporate team.

Responsibilities include regional reporting, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement with Corporate Operations Managers and Regional General Managers. The role suits an organized, data‑driven professional who can manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Experience across office administration, operational support, reporting, and business coordination.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Outstanding organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and communicate timely regional performance reporting and insights.
• Maintain oversight of compliance, quality assurance, and risk management.
• Coordinate regional communications, action tracking, and follow-through.
• Build relationships with Corporate Operations Managers, Regional General Managers, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive consistency across the region.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and change programs.
• Coordinate staff training, travel arrangements, and related operational activities.
• Undertake additional duties as needed.
