  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain oversight of compliance, quality assurance and risk management requirements, ensuring regional activity aligns with internal policies and regulatory obligations.

About the Mahi

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract opportunity within our Auckland Corporate branch, supporting the Northern Corporate General Manager, Corporate Operations Managers and wider Corporate team.

As a Corporate Regional Performance Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, business performance, governance and continuous improvement across the region. Acting as a trusted operational partner, you'll provide insights, coordinate key initiatives and ensure regional priorities are effectively managed and delivered.

You will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same, including:

  • Manage the preparation, maintenance and communication of timely regional performance reporting, operational insights and business intelligence to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain strong oversight of compliance, quality assurance and risk management requirements, ensuring regional activity aligns with internal policies, regulatory obligations and expected control standards.
  • Coordinate key regional communications, action tracking and follow-through, ensuring priorities remain visible, responsibilities are clearly assigned and deadlines are achieved.
  • Build effective working relationships with Corporate Operations Managers, Regional General Managers, Team Leaders and key internal stakeholders to support collaboration, alignment and problem-solving.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and drive consistency across the region.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging smarter ways of working, sharing best practices and supporting change initiatives.
  • Coordinate and support staff requirements relating to training, branch development activities, travel arrangements, client functions and other operational initiatives.
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as reasonably required, consistent with the scope and seniority of the role.
