Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in Queenstown and the surrounding region. You will lead site managers, drive efficiency, manage regional P&L, and ensure consistent standards.

You have a proven track record in operations leadership, a MBA or related degree preferred, and strong budgeting, strategic planning, and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operations management with a regional scope.
• Proven success in leading teams across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct operational activities across multiple locations within the region.
• Develop regional strategies to meet operational and financial targets.
• Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and P&L responsibilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site managers and teams for high performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze regional performance data and implement corrective actions.
