Vehicle Inspection New Zealand Limited (VINZ) seeks a Multi-Site Branch Manager based in Palmerston North to oversee four sites, travel between them, manage teams and drive safety, performance and customer service. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and lead budgets, resources and growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a relevant automotive trade qualification, nine years of industry experience, proven management, and strong leadership with a focus on compliance and service

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in automotive field.
• Nine years of automotive trade experience, supervisory capability.
• Knowledge of vehicle inspection requirements and legislation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across four sites (Palmerston North, Lower Hutt, Masterton, Whanganui).
• Lead teams, manage resources and budgets, ensure safety and inspection quality.
• Develop staff through coaching, performance management and training.
• Ensure compliance with NZTA Waka Kotahi requirements and VINZ policies.
• Build customer relationships and drive business growth.
• Monitor financial performance and reporting across sites.
