Own the stock for New Zealand’s leading vending network, and be done by 2:30pm. We’re looking for a sharp, organised National Inventory Coordinator to keep our national supply chain running without a hitch.
Based at our Wiri, Auckland warehouse and reporting to the National Planning Manager, you’ll own ordering, replenishment, and stock control for the whole country, across our Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch operations and remote sites. You’ll be measured on keeping the network in stock. If you love working with data, take ownership of results, and get satisfaction from getting the right products to the right place at the right time, this role is for you.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. Office-based at Wiri, no travel required.

- Keep every region in stock, with accountability for the national out-of-stock KPI
- Analyse sales trends and seasonal patterns to maintain a rolling national and regional demand forecast
- Coordinate with Site Team Leaders across the country to confirm requirements and flag demand changes early
Stock Accuracy & Lifecycle
- Enforce FIFO rotation and run periodic spot audits to keep stock accurate and wastage low
- Monitor shelf life and adjust ordering proactively to prevent write-offs
- Manage new product launches and phase-outs cleanly to avoid obsolete stock
Supplier & Supply Chain

- Coordinate stock provisioning for new site launches and machine installations nationwide
Call Centre Support
- Help the call centre team when it’s busy, and provide cover during breaks or absences
- Use your stock and supply knowledge to answer product availability and order queries
How you’ll be measured
- Out-of-stock rate: short-supplied picks held at or below 3% each week, nationally and in every region
- Ordering cycle: 100% of weekly orders placed accurately and on time
What you’ll bring
Must have
- 2+ years in inventory management, procurement, supply chain, or warehouse operations, ideally across multiple sites
- Strong analytical skills, confident turning data into sound ordering decisions at scale
- Organised and detail-focused, able to run weekly cycles accurately while priorities shift
- Experience with inventory management systems and reporting tools
- Clear, confident communication on the phone and in writing
- Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs and owning the result
