Job summary

Qube Logistics is seeking a recruitment-focused coordinator to join the People & Culture team across New Zealand, including Auckland or Tauranga. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and identify high-quality candidates.

This role emphasizes delivering a positive candidate experience, supporting sourcing, interviews, and documentation, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating multiple priorities, and delivering exceptional recruitment and onboarding experiences.

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll play an important role in helping us attract, recruit, and onboard talented people across our operations and support functions throughout New Zealand.

This role has a strong focus on recruiting operational and frontline employees, including drivers, labourers, apprentices, trades assistants, surveyors, repairers and other key roles that help keep our business moving.

Location: Auckland or Tauranga

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, from advertising through to appointment and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and identify high-quality candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer processes.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Prepare employment-related documentation including employment agreements, variations, transfers, and correspondence.
• Support managers with recruitment best practice and employment processes

What You Bring

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, talent acquisition, or a related coordination role. (Preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to support both candidates and hiring managers.
• Confidence working with systems, reporting, and administration processes.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
