Job summary

New Zealand Police is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our fast-paced HR team. You will support end-to-end recruitment for Police Districts across New Zealand and serve as the first point of contact for applicants, guiding them through standards and processes.

A high level of computer literacy and data accuracy is essential. Priority will be given to applicants with HR/recruitment coordination experience, but customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

Proven experience in HR/Recruitment coordination preferred but not necessary.
Juggling multiple priorities at one given time; time management is key.
Adaptable to change and working at pace.
High attention to detail is essential.
A good sense of humour!

Responsibilities

Effectively supports the end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes through planning, prioritising and organising work to meet deadlines
Work with a range of technologies to manage key aspects of the recruitment process and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes
Building and maintaining strong relationships across Police
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and implementation
Contribute to a positive team environment and building Police's employment brand and reputation
