New Zealand Police is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator based at Counties Manukau to join our busy recruitment team. You will be the first point of contact for applicants, manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, build rapport, explain standards, and help with assessments in a high-volume environment.

You bring HR coordination experience, excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle priorities.

Formación

• Proven experience in HR/Recruitment coordination preferred but not required.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage workloads.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
