The Opportunity
This is a full-time contract opportunity, available for an immediate start through to early 2027. You will join a national organisation who offers a collaborative, values-driven environment, where you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and play a key role in supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment lifecycle.
The Role
You will coordinate recruitment activity from advertising, sourcing, through to onboarding. You will help to deliver a positive experience for candidates and managers alike.
Key Tasks Will See You
- Coordinate recruitment requests and advertising vacancies
- Support hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and participate in interviews where required
- Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment processes
- Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding activities
- Monitor recruitment activity and provide reporting updates
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking information
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and workflows

Previous recruitment, HR coordination experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
