We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our People team and provide responsive, practical and valuesled recruitment support to leaders across Whānau Āwhina Plunket.
As a key point of contact for leaders undertaking recruitment, you will provide end-to-end support across advertising, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews andselection. You will develop trusted relationships with leaders, taking the time to understand their teams, workforce needs and recruitment challenges so you can provide proactive advice.
A key part of this role will be building leader capability and confidence. You will coach leaders in recruitment best practice, support fair and consistent selection decisions, and help them make effective use of our recruitment systems, tools and resources.
Working closely with our Recruitment & Retention Partner and wider People team, you will:
