Qualifications

  • Significant recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR advisory experience.
  • Three or more years experience in agency or internal recruitment.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels.
  • Experience developing sourcing and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Understanding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment campaigns across Specialist Mental Health services.

  • Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and critical workforce roles.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment team on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover, covering our Specialist Mental Health portfolio based in Waitaha Canterbury.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with our Specialist Mental Health services across Waitaha Canterbury, supporting the attraction, recruitment, and appointment of critical clinical and non-clinical roles that enable the delivery of high-quality care to our communities.

About the role

We are looking for a recruiter who truly understands what it takes to attract, engage, and secure great talent. This is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, thinking creatively about attraction strategies, and partnering with leaders to solve workforce challenges.

You will be the trusted recruitment partner for Specialist Mental Health services across Waitaha Canterbury, providing expert advice and end to end recruitment support to hiring managers, clinical leaders, and candidates.

You will:
  • lead recruitment campaigns across specialist Mental Health services

About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
