Job summary

Enterprise Limited in Auckland is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our blue-collar temporary staffing team. You’ll develop relationships with warehouse, logistics and manufacturing clients and manage end-to-end recruitment for urgent vacancies across warehousing, production, dispatch, and related industrial roles.

You’ll source and screen candidates, coordinate placements and rostering, and maintain strong service levels, attendance and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service with focus on temporary or industrial staffing.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple urgent priorities.
• Clear communication, sound judgement and problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to visit client sites with a NZ Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with warehouse, logistics and manufacturing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive calls, meetings, site visits and networking.
• Take detailed job briefs and provide practical workforce solutions.
• Source, screen, interview and reference-check temporary candidates.
• Coordinate placements, rosters, inductions and assignment documentation.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and temporary workers to support attendance, performance and retention.
• Respond quickly to urgent staffing requirements and changing priorities.
• Maintain accurate records and meet agreed activity, service and revenue targets.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure candidates understand site expectations before starting.
