Job summary

  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, tikanga Māori and te reo Māori.
  • Strong commitment, work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Full New Zealand Driver Licence and ability to travel across recruitment sites as required.

Responsibilities

  • Part of the National Recruitment team delivering strategic recruitment support to stakeholders across Bay of Plenty and Waikato.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns in a high-volume environment.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality recruitment outcomes for frontline Community and Custodial roles.
  • Contribute to recruitment systems, compliance processes and best-practice standards.

You are an experienced recruitment professional with proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment, enjoy managing competing priorities and are confident partnering with stakeholders to deliver quality recruitment outcomes.

You bring a customer-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and communities.

You're organised, adaptable and comfortable managing large recruitment campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.

Most importantly, you'll be passionate about helping build a workforce that reflects the communities we serve.

The mid-point of the salary range is $87,132 and the full range (85%-120%) is $74,063 - $104,559. Appointment and remuneration will reflect your skills and experience relevant to the role.
