What you'll be doing

This is a varied role, with a strong focus on relationships, business development and people.

• Building and developing strong client relationships
• Growing an existing client portfolio and identifying new opportunities
• Developing new business and building long-term partnerships
• Recruiting, interviewing and placing candidates
• Supporting and managing our on-hire workforce
• Providing ongoing candidate care and performance support
• Managing employment documentation and onboarding
• Building strong candidate and talent pipelines
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide the right people
• Supporting Health & Safety requirements across employees and client sites
• Keeping on top of administration and recruitment systems
• Contributing ideas and helping us continually improve how we do things
• Pitching in with other areas of the business when needed

What we're looking for

You might already be an experienced Recruiter.

Or you might be working in sales, account management, business development, customer service, marketing or another relationship-focused role and be ready for a new challenge.

Your background is less important to us than your attitude and potential.
