Heartland is seeking a Reconciliations Analyst in New Zealand to manage daily reconciliations of inward and outward settlements and key control accounts. You will investigate discrepancies, escalate issues, and ensure accurate financial accounting to support reporting.

As a Reconciliations Analyst, you'll be responsible for the daily reconciliation of inward and outward settlements and key control accounts across the bank. You'll investigate discrepancies, elevate and resolve reconciling items, and ensure financial transactions are accurately accounted for to support internal and external reporting.
You'll play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of Heartland's financial data while helping drive continuous improvement in our reconciliation processes through smart use of technology and effective risk management.
