Job summary

Heartland is seeking an Operations Consultant - Settlements on a 12-month contract in Auckland. You will manage the process of settling, paying out and maintaining loans, owning a range of tasks, providing admin support and ensuring compliance.

You should have banking or finance experience, knowledge of loan documentation, securities and settlement, and strong attention to detail. A collaborative, deadline-driven mindset will help you thrive.

Operations Consultant - Settlements (12 months contract)

This isn't just any old banking role, this will keep you challenged, motivated and happily on your toes. You'll be a crucial member of the Settlements team responsible for managing the process of settling, paying out and maintaining loans. You'll own a bunch of tasks, provide admin and support, ensure our regulatory compliance obligations are met and issue related documentation and enter data.

You're a pro with:

• Banking or finance experience preferred
• Knowledge in loan documentation, securities, and settlement beneficial
• Customer service or administration experience
• Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills
