Job summary

Heartland seeks an Operations Consultant to join the Settlements team for a 12-month contract. You’ll manage settling, paying out and maintaining loans, handling data entry and documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You’ll work with a collaborative team, coordinate with lenders and customers, and have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. If you’re aiming to enter banking, this role offers valuable experience at Heartland.

Qualifications

• Banking or finance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in loan documentation, securities, and settlement beneficial.
• Customer service or administration experience.
• Good eye for detail and problem-solving skills.

Operations Consultant – Settlements (12 months contract)

You’ll be a crucial member of the Settlements team responsible for managing the process of settling, paying out and maintaining loans. You’ll own a bunch of tasks, provide admin and support, ensure our regulatory compliance obligations are met and issue related documentation and enter data.

You're a pro with:

• Banking or finance experience preferred
