Job summary
Fancy Meow Cat Cafe in Rotorua is seeking a friendly Receptionist for ASURE Rotorua Motel. The role covers check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest services with potential housekeeping tasks. 3-6 months, ASAP start, accommodation may be provided.
Work is Wed-Fri 4-8 pm and Sat-Sun 8:30 am-8 pm, with occasional extra hours for suitable candidates. This position offers a casual, hospitality-driven team environment in Rotorua's top tourist area.
Qualifications
- Hospitality/front desk experience preferred.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Familiar with Booking.com or Little Hotelier is a bonus.
Responsibilities

ASURE Rotorua (4+ star motel) is looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to join our team!
You'll handle check-ins/check-outs, reservations, guest service, and help with housekeeping or maintenance when needed.
- Some hospitality/front office experience preferred
- Able to work independently and multitask
- Familiar with Booking.com or Little Hotelier (bonus)
Wed-Fri 4-8 pm | Sat-Sun 8:30 am-8 pm (Mon-Tue off)
Extra housekeeping hours available for the right candidate.
Shared room provided in exchange for 10 hrs work/week.
