Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora – Southern is seeking a Reception Administrator to support the Dunedin Hospital outpatient service, staffing the Outpatients reception desk and providing flexible administration support to clinics.
You will greet visitors, manage enquiries by phone, email and tasks, assist with self-check-in kiosks, load referrals in the patient administration system, and help maintain scanning and filing. If you have strong IT skills, you will fit well in a busy team.

Salary between $67,943 - $72,495 per annum pro rata

About the Role
The Reception Administrator will help keep the Dunedin Hospital outpatient service running smoothly by staffing Outpatients reception desk and providing flexible administration support to adjacent clinics.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
You’ll work closely with other administrators and clinical teams to facilitate efficient patient flow through effective communication, coordination and administrative support to outpatient clinical teams.
