Oceania is seeking a Receptionist & Administrator to warmly greet residents, whānau, visitors and contractors, while supporting village administration and reporting. You will keep records accurate, assist the Site Manager, and work across systems to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
The role emphasises welcoming interactions, health & safety compliance, and collaboration with the broader team to maintain a caring, well-organised retirement village environment.
At Lady Allum, we’re looking for a Receptionist & Administrator who brings warmth to every interaction and care to every detail. You’ll be one of the first people our residents, whānau and visitors see, while behind the scenes, you’ll help keep our village organised, connected and running smoothly.
It’s a role for someone who likes being at the heart of things. One moment you might be welcoming a family through the door, the next supporting the Village Manager with information, solving an administrative query or making sure an important process is on track.
Above all, you’ll understand that how we do things matters just as much as getting them done.
At Oceania, we're proud to be one of New Zealand's leading providers of retirement living and aged care. Across more than 30 villages, we support over 4,000 residents by creating communities where people feel at home, connected, and well cared for.
Our purpose is simple: to make a difference in every task, every challenge, every day. It's a purpose that's brought to life through the way we work:
When you join Oceania, you'll become part of a supportive team where you'll be encouraged to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution every day. In return, we offer competitive pay, ongoing learning and development opportunities, free and confidential wellbeing support, and the chance to build a rewarding career with an organisation that's making a real difference.
