Job summary

KiwiQuest in Canterbury, NZ is hiring a reception and guest services assistant for a high-volume holiday park. You will check guests in/out, manage bookings, and liaise with housekeeping to create a smooth visitor experience.

The role requires at least six months in reception, strong English, and the ability to handle peak-season pressure. Weekend and public-holiday availability is expected. NZD 25 per hour with heavily discounted staff accommodation and free Wi‑Fi.

Qualifications

• Six months reception experience minimum.
• Familiarity with online travel agencies.
• Booking system knowledge; Seekom preferred.
• Excellent customer service and strong English.
• Ability to work under peak-season pressure and weekends.

Description
