If you enjoy being the friendly face of a busy professional office, keeping things organised, and helping people feel looked after from the moment they contact us, this could be a great fixed-term opportunity.
At Marks & Worth Lawyers, we believe that great client experiences start the moment someone walks through the door or picks up the phone.
We're looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Reception & Administration Support team member to join us on a fixed-term basis while a member of our team steps into another internal opportunity. This is a chance to become an important part of a supportive team, learn how a busy law firm operates, and play a key role in looking after both our clients and our people.
Marks & Worth is a Dunedin-based law firm with a strong reputation for practical, down-to-earth legal advice. We aim to make the legal process feel clearer, calmer and more human for our clients, and we bring that same approach to the way we work as a team.
We have worked hard to build a workplace where people enjoy coming to work, support one another, and have the opportunity to grow and develop. We value people who are kind, capable, curious and willing to pitch in when needed.
This role sits at the heart of our firm.
This is a front-of-house role with real variety. You'll be one of the first people our clients meet or speak with, helping create the warm, professional and human-centred experience Marks & Worth is known for. You'll also provide practical administrative support across the firm, helping keep the office running smoothly while supporting our legal and operations teams.

Experience in a legal or professional services environment would be helpful, but it is not essential.
This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to learn about many different aspects of how a legal practice operates.
Most importantly, you'll join a team that genuinely enjoys working together, supports one another, and values people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help where needed.
