Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a motivated Counterbalance/Reach Forklift Operator in Auckland. You will safely operate forklifts, pick and dispatch orders, and help maintain stock counts while supporting a well-organised warehouse.

Ideal candidates have a valid forklift license, NZ Driver's Licence, warehousing experience, two references, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25kg. Pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and ability to lift up to 25kg.
• Two references and solid communication skills.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice check.

Job description

We’re looking for motivated certified Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Operator to join a globally renowned 3PL business. If you’re reliable skilled and enjoy working in a positive team environment this could be your next role.

As a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Operator you’ll help pick and dispatch orders, support warehouse operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You will be:

• Operating a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift safely and efficiently
• Picking and dispatching orders accurately
• Assisting with stock counts and warehouse organization
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

You will have :

• A valid Counterbalance / Reach Forklift license
• A valid Full NZ Drivers License
• Previous warehousing experience
• Two contactable references
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Proven reliability along with a positive attitude
• The ability to be able to lift up to 25kg
• Pass a pre-employment drug test & Ministry of Justice check
