Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking a motivated certified Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Operator to join a globally renowned 3PL in Auckland. You’ll help pick and dispatch orders, support warehouse operations, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You must hold a Counterbalance / Reach forklift license and a full NZ driver’s license, have warehousing experience, fit 25 kg lifting, and be reliable with strong communication; pre-employment drug test and MoJ checks apply.

Qualifications

• Certified Counterbalance/Reach forklift operator.
• Warehousing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and reliability required.

Responsibilities

Job description

We’re looking for motivated certified Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Operator to join a globally renowned 3PL business. If you’re reliable skilled and enjoy working in a positive team environment this could be your next role.

As a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift Operator you’ll help pick and dispatch orders, support warehouse operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

You will be:

• Operating a Counterbalance / Reach Forklift safely and efficiently
• Picking and dispatching orders accurately
• Assisting with stock counts and warehouse organization
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

You will have :

• A valid Counterbalance / Reach Forklift license
• A valid Full NZ Drivers License
• Previous warehousing experience
• Two contactable references
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Proven reliability along with a positive attitude
• The ability to be able to lift up to 25kg
• Pass a pre-employment drug test & Ministry of Justice check
