Job summary

Radius Care is seeking a Quality Coordinator at Radius Matua, Tauranga, to assist the care home manager with maintaining the quality improvement programme and ensuring compliance with Health and Disability Safety Standard 8134.2008.

You will coordinate quality assurance meetings, manage internal audits, develop corrective action plans, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with a friendly team. Fortnightly pay and staff benefits are offered; visa changes are not supported.

Responsibilities

About the role:

Assist the care home manager with maintenance of the continuous quality improvement programme, ensuring the care home is compliant with Health and Disability Safety Standard 8134.2008
