Job summary

RX Plastics Ltd is seeking a hands-on Quality Control professional for our Ashburton site. In a production environment, you will conduct QC testing, inspections, and sampling, ensuring products meet international and company standards.

You will maintain QC records, support audits, and collaborate with Production to resolve issues, while following HSE policies and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Control or manufacturing.
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
• Proactive attitude towards quality improvement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Quality Control (QC) records using company systems.
• Perform quality control testing, inspections, and evaluations to ensure products meet applicable standards.
• Record and share test results with relevant teams.
• Carry out routine QC checks to ensure product consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Take product samples and inspect products during production.
• Raise quality issues and work with Production to resolve them.
• Help maintain quality systems and support audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and assess warehouse stock to support investigations.
• Collaborate with production and operations to maintain product quality.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environmental policies and identify safety risks to maintain a safe workplace.
