Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Quality Manager – Audit to lead and continually improve the Quality Systems audit programme at our New Zealand campus, supporting other locations as required.

You will develop a risk-based audit plan, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive CAPA and QMS improvements through collaboration with regulators and stakeholders. Strong leadership and extensive audit experience in regulated environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant audit experience in regulatory environments.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continually improve the Quality Systems audit programme.
• Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan reflecting regulatory and QMS priorities.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Ensure audit findings, actions and follow-up are documented and tracked.
• Analyse audit performance and trends to support CAPA and Management Review.
