Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Quality Manager – Audit to lead and continually improve the NZ campus audit programme. You will work with regulators and internal customers to drive QMS improvements and CAPA through risk-based auditing and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will mentor audit teams, coordinate internal and external audits, and report on audit performance to support Management Review and broader QA initiatives. This role is based in Auckland, NZ.

The Quality Manager – Audit is responsible for leading, managing and continuously improving the Quality Systems audit program. This role leads the audit programme for the New Zealand campus and supports other F&P locations as required. We are looking for an exceptional leader with a strategic focus and a confident communicator who loves interacting with regulators and mentoring and coaching internal customers.
You will lead a risk-based audit programme, work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors, and use audit insights to support corrective action, Management Review and wider QMS improvement.
