Precast HQ in New Zealand seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to uphold quality across production stages in Auckland. You will conduct checks, interpret shop drawings, and maintain live QA documentation while coordinating with on-site teams.

Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality standards are met at every stage of production. This role involves conducting meticulous quality checks, collaborating on project planning, coordinating with clients, and meticulously documenting live QA procedures.
Core responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks at various production stages, including reinforcing, table prep, formwork, measurements, lifters, post-pour, and remedials.
Interpret and communicate shop drawings and engineering drawings effectively.
Maintain real-time QA documentation and reporting.
Generate and deliver final QA reports to customers promptly.
Provide constructive feedback to Technical and Shop Drawing Teams.
Facilitate knowledge transfer by explaining construction methodologies to on-site teams.
Uphold team safety standards without compromise.
Requirements:
Level 7 qualification in construction management or higher.
Minimum 6 months experience in a quality assurance role
Experience in precast concrete
Currently residing in New Zealand
Ideal Qualifications:
New Zealand Masters of Engineering or equivalent New Zealand qualification.
