As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems across civil construction projects, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, approved documentation, and relevant standards.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems across civil construction projects, ensuring all works comply with project specifications, contractual requirements, approved documentation, and relevant standards.
Implement and maintain project Quality Assurance systems and procedures.
Develop, review, and manage Quality Plans, ITPs, and Method Statements.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and contractual requirements.
Monitor and audit construction processes to ensure quality requirements are consistently achieved.
Manage quality documentation, records, inspections, and testing requirements.
Identify quality risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Manage NCRs, observations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal quality audits and support client/third-party audits.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Prepare quality reports and ensure documentation is maintained for project handover.
Promote a strong quality culture across the project team.
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Previous experience in Civil Quality Assurance within construction or infrastructure.
Strong understanding of QA systems, ITPs, Quality Plans, NCRs, audits, and construction documentation.
Good knowledge of relevant civil construction standards and specifications.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.
