Maycroft Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract in Wellington. Reporting to our Quality Manager, you will help strengthen and embed our Quality Management System across multiple commercial projects.

This role is about enabling teams, not policing compliance, offering practical advice and sharing quality expertise to build quality into every stage of project delivery.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to and working alongside our Quality Manager, you’ll play an important role in strengthening and embedding our Quality Management System and supporting our project teams to deliver great outcomes.

This isn’t about policing compliance. It’s about working alongside our people, providing practical advice, sharing your quality expertise and helping teams build quality into every stage of project delivery.

You'll work across a range of commercial construction projects, supporting teams to prepare Quality Management Plans, manage QA records in Procore, and provide advice during inspections, audits, and project reviews.
