Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is partnering with a respected engineering organisation to appoint a Quality & Compliance Manager. You will spearhead the development and rollout of a comprehensive QMS aligned with ISO 9001, leading QA/QC activities across engineering, maintenance and construction projects.

You will conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement, ensuring robust documentation and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing Quality Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality assurance principles.
• QA/QC experience within engineering, construction or industrial environments.
• Internal auditing and compliance experience.
