BestStart is seeking a Qualified Teacher to join our 3-year-old room in the Bay of Plenty, delivering child-led learning within a warm, multi-space centre. Our Primary Caregiving approach emphasises strong tamariki- and whānau-centered relationships.

This permanent role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with occasional 9am–5:30pm shifts. You hold a B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification, plus ECE experience and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Holds a B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification.
• Some experience working in ECE is preferred.
• Reliable, positive, and a strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Teach in the 3-year-old room with around 20 tamariki.
• Apply the Primary Caregiving approach to build relationships with tamariki and whānau.
• Support child-led learning experiences and participate in centre activities.
