Job summary

Hydramech in Marlborough is seeking a qualified Fabricator/Pump Technician to join our dedicated team. You will work on stainless fabrication and pump servicing across diverse projects, from installations to maintenance.

We value self-motivation, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to health and safety on site. A current New Zealand driver’s license is essential, and a supportive, teamwork-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ stainless fabrication or pump servicing experience.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
• Must hold a current New Zealand driver’s license.
• Able to engage positively with a team and contribute to a safety-focused culture.
• Strong commitment to health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate stainless components and assemblies for projects.
• Install, service and troubleshoot pumps and related systems.
• Collaborate with team across installations and maintenance.
• Adhere to health and safety policies on site.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring quality workmanship.
