• Developing and implementing marketing plans and promotional strategies to increase awareness of the company's property services and support business growth
• Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities within the residential, commercial and construction sectors
• Planning and coordinating advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, social media and other appropriate marketing channels
• Managing and regularly updating the company's website and social media platforms to promote services, completed projects and company capabilities
• Creating and coordinating marketing content, including promotional materials, service information, project profiles, advertisements and digital content
• Developing marketing initiatives targeting builders, developers, property managers, commercial clients and residential customers
• Supporting the promotion of the company's different service categories, including post-construction cleaning, commercial and residential cleaning, painting, landscaping and property maintenance
• Liaising with management and operational teams to understand current services, projects and business priorities and translate these into effective marketing activities
• Maintaining and analysing customer, enquiry and marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitoring marketing expenditure and assisting with the preparation and management of marketing budgets
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, industry contacts and external marketing or advertising service providers
• Preparing regular reports on marketing activities, customer engagement, lead generation and campaign performance; and
• Providing recommendations to management on marketing strategies, brand development and opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
