Job summary

QCONZ in New Zealand is seeking an entry-level Farm Auditor to join our team and support the primary sector. You will travel to farms across your region, conduct on-farm audits covering food safety, milk quality, animal health and welfare, and environmental practices.

No prior auditing experience is required as we provide full training and support, including the opportunity to become an MPI Recognised Farm Assessor.

• Based in or near Winton/Invercargill or willing to relocate.
• Willing to travel to farms across your region using a company vehicle.
• Comfort using digital tools and systems in a farm environment.

What We're Looking For

You are practical, motivated, and enjoy working with people in a hands‑on environment. You’ll also bring:

• Based in or near Winton/Invercargill or willing to relocate
• Travel to farms across your region using a company vehicle
• Good time management and self-management skills
• Ability to assess situations, solve problems, and adapt priorities when required
• Comfort using digital tools and systems in a farm environment
• Physical fitness and a willingness to work outdoors
• A full New Zealand driver's licence

Experience / Qualifications (desirable but not essential)

• A tertiary qualification in agriculture, science, horticulture, or a related field
• Experience in the primary industries, farming, quality assurance or customer service
