Job summary

Enterprise Limited in Waitara, NZ is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to drive quality performance across the site, develop a capable team and partner with stakeholders to support operational excellence.

This hands-on leadership role maintains food safety and quality standards, coordinates audits and corrective actions, manages product testing and release, and champions continuous improvement initiatives while building strong relationships across all levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' working experience within the New Zealand food processing industry.
• Proven team leadership experience with the ability to develop and support others.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, quality and compliance systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making skills.

The Opportunity

About You

Essential Requirements
