Job summary

DIALOG Fitzroy is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our quality function. The role is based in New Plymouth and may involve travel to site locations and regional offices as needed.

You will establish and maintain quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical leadership to QC teams across multiple regions to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading quality management and teams.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or construction.
• Knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance.
• Ability to influence across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality governance across regions, ensuring standards and compliance.
• Direct daily QC operations and coordinate inspections on projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and reduce defects.
• Engage with operations, projects, engineering and clients to ensure quality outcomes.
• Promote health, safety and environment in line with policies.
