Job summary

Beca Digital is seeking an experienced test engineer to deliver testing and automation in a collaborative, cross-functional team. You will build and maintain Playwright-based automation within Azure DevOps pipelines, contribute to quality initiatives and support the evolution of our test engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience with a foundation in test automation.
• Thorough knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, test planning and reporting, design, test case writing and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge and proved experience in Playwright and Azure DevOps.
• Experience using source control tools such as GIT and managing test environment configurations.
• Experience in reporting, investigating, triage and tracking bugs.
• Experience of DevOps practices, CI/CD test pipelines and test failure observability.
• An Agile and open mindset, able to consider new ideas and approaches to complex situations.
• A focus on outcomes and a proven problem-solving ability.
• Proactive, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Great communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver testing and automation outcomes in a cross functional scrum team.
• Utilise Playwright and Azure DevOps to build test automation suites.
