Job summary

The New Zealand Police is seeking a Logistics Delivery Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movements of vehicles aligned with the PSN Programme installations, while providing administrative support nationwide. You will monitor schedules, liaise with vendors, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Based at Mt Roskill Police Station, Auckland, this 12-month fixed-term, non-shift role is based on a Monday–Friday pattern with travel where required.

• Demonstrates proficiency in following detailed project plans and schedules.
• Full NZ Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Follow the logistics plan to schedule vehicles movements to/from multiple sites to enable hardware installation.
• Coordinate with all vendors and service providers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Updating of backend asset management systems.
• Decision Making – Having the critical thinking and problem solving skills to make sound decisions.
• Partnership / Stakeholders – Experienced in engaging and building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
