Job summary

New Zealand Police in Auckland is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator - Logistics Delivery. Based at Mt Roskill Police Station, you will coordinate day-to-day vehicle movements across multiple sites and support the PSN delivery nationally.

This 12‑month fixed term, non-shift role requires proactive planning, strong stakeholder engagement and meticulous record keeping, with occasional travel to installations. A Full NZ Drivers Licence is essential.

• Follow the logistics plan to schedule vehicles movements to/from multiple sites to enable hardware installation by third parties.
• Coordinate with all vendors and service providers to ensure smooth delivery
• Updating of backend asset management systems
• Decision Making - Having the critical thinking and problem solving skills to make sound decisions.
• Partnership / Stakeholders - Experienced in engaging and building relationships with partners and stakeholders.
