Job summary

Jora New Zealand currently seeks an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio with strong backend support. You will focus on landlord retention, client service and portfolio growth, while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

Experience with NZ tenancy legislation and Palace software is essential, with Tapi and TPS experience considered an advantage. A proactive, organised approach and a full NZ Driver Licence are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of NZ property management experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of NZ tenancy legislation.
• Confident working knowledge of Palace software.
• Experience with Tapi and TPS would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, organised and accountable approach.
• Full NZ Driver Licence.
