Harcourt s Four Seasons Realty in New Zealand is seeking a Property Management Business Development Manager to drive growth in the rent roll and build strong relationships with landlords and investors. You will generate new business opportunities, perform rental appraisals, and work with our Property Management and Sales teams to convert leads into managed properties.

A proactive, communicative self-starter with a sales focus will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

Harcourts Four Seasons Realty is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Property Management team.

This role is all about growing our property management business, building relationships, creating new opportunities and converting leads into new managements across our Four Seasons network.

You will work closely with our Property Management and Sales teams, developing strong relationships with property owners, investors and our wider community.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident, personable and a great communicator
• Has a strong sales and business development focus
• Enjoys building relationships and generating new opportunities
• Is proactive, organised and self-motivated
• Can confidently carry out rental appraisals and follow up leads
• Property management or real estate experience recommended but not essential
• Holds a full, clean NZ driver licence

The role will include:
